Zeynep ÖZGÜLTEKİN has represented a wide range of multinational and national clients at the investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority (TCA) throughout her career. She also has experience in the appeals of the TCA decisions before the administrative courts, as well as the damages on actions on competition law before the national courts.
Focusing on all aspects of competition law, her experience includes handling complex merger, acquisition, and joint venture cases, advising on multi-jurisdictional merger filing assessments. Ms. ÖZGÜLTEKİN has also participated in settlement negotiations with the TCA, ensuring optimal outcomes for her clients.
She also assists clients in managing antitrust risks in their day-to-day operations by designing and implementing tailored competition compliance programs.
Ms. ÖZGÜLTEKİN is fluent in English.
