Sevgi Özben, LL.M., provides advice to a wide range of clients on compliance matters, exemption/negative clearance filings, investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority and merger control filings related to domestic and cross-border transactions.
She also advises in judicial review proceedings before administrative courts and the Turkish Constitutional Court filed against the decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority.
