Hanna is the Knowledge Counsel at ACTECON, leading the knowledge strategy for the competition law practice group, including legal content and publication projects, trainings, conferences, and other knowledge initiatives. With over a decade of experience in consulting and teaching competition law, she particularly focuses on the EU, Ukraine, and Türkiye. In addition to working in Istanbul, she has spent time working in Brussels (King & Wood Mallesons) and in Kyiv (Baker & McKenzie). She has been lecturing at Bogazici University, and ELSA summer school. Hanna holds degrees from Kyiv National T. Shevchenko University, the University of Amsterdam, and an IB diploma from UWC Atlantic. She is a member of the Bar of Ukraine and has contributed to numerous publications, including co-authored Merger Control in the EU and Turkey: A Comparative Guide (Kluwer).
