Beyza TİMUR provides advice to a wide range of clients on compliance matters, exemption/negative clearance filings, investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority and merger control filings related to domestic and cross-border transactions. She also advises in judicial review proceedings before administrative courts and the Turkish Constitutional Court filed against the decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority.
She assists clients with their day-to-day competition and regulatory compliance matters.
Ms. TİMUR speaks English and German fluently.
