Ayberk Kurt, LL.M provides advice to a wide range of clients on investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority and on merger control issues related to both domestic and cross-border transactions. He also advises in judicial review proceedings filed against the decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority as well as conducts follow-on competition litigation.
Before joining ACTECON, Ayberk was a Competition Lawyer at Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority. Ayberk has been involved in the full range of work undertaken by the Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority. This has included all aspects of competition law investigations from case opening through to appeals, telecoms regulation and security standards, telecom licence modifications, assessments of mergers and acquisitions (finance, insurance and pharmacy sectors) and general governance and compliance matters. Before joining Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority, he was an associate at ACTECON) between 2016-2021. Ayberk Kurt is fluent in English.

- Competition Compliance Programs in insurance, baby food, ground handling services, automotive spare parts, FMCG, beverages, eyewear, poultry, online shopping platform, cement and ro-ro transportation sectors.
